Your Role

• Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint / PI Planning readiness, by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings.

• Knowledge and experience over Azure – DevOps and/or Jira
• Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings, including the Scrum of Scrum / ART sync at the program level and the Value Stream sync for Solution Trains.
• Works with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Assists in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
• Provides transparency and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g. RTE / Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)) and supports related activities.
• Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the Team / ART / Solution Train and helps them improve.
• Fosters built-in quality practices.
• Works on single Train / with a few agile teams
• Works and prepares periodic reports and burn-down charts.
• Coordinate with the team on requirements.
• Prepares capacity plan and highlights the risks with customers.
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the area of assignment.
• Advise and mentor more junior team members to maximize the overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.

 
To succeed, you will need  

• You have a Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university.

• You are passionate about Embedded systems, Controllers, IoT, IoT, and Modern web applications.

• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams and following Agile processes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst 

• Experience of Stakeholder management and multi-competency team handling

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Git, Gherkin/Cucumber

• Minimum 5+ years experience in both roles
