We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can drive our Oil Free Air business with Large Electronic and Semi-Conductor Key accounts in Taiwan.

 

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute an account strategy in coordination with the BLM
  • Identify customer decision making process, building strong relationships with key stakeholders at different levels on the customer side
  • Find out customer needs, transformation to opportunities through visits, line audits and technical presentation, etc.
  • Value selling is key: Create Atlas Copco’s image as “Solution provider” and not an “Equipment supplier”.
  • Involvement from the inception of any project is crucial and key to win the deal. Ensure RFQ is released favoring AC OFA product specification.
  • Achieve yearly sales target by focus on assigned key accounts and implement sales activities via respective Sales Engineer responsible for the key account.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to organize and execute customer events which include customer day, demonstration, seminars, etc. to deliver our USP and value proposition and grow our brand reputation as well.
  • Cooperate with Product Engineer, process, service and project team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with divisional product team for obtaining product support.  
  • If needed coordinate with other customer center team for Key Account’s overseas project.
  • Cooperate with credit controller to fix the receivables & overdue issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Other ad-hoc prioritized tasks to be assigned by the manager.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment. Knowledge of Oil Free Air & Industrial Gases will be added advantage.
  • Must have > 5 years’ experience in Industrial machinery sales
  • Sales experience in Electronic and Semicon industry is PLUS.

Knowledge:

  • Computer literate including Microsoft skills.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is essential
  • Presentation Skill, Business Writing Skill, Negotiation Skill, Socializing Skill, Selling Skill

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Personality Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Have driving license.
