With the intention of reorganising the Service Marketing department, we are looking for a Service Products & Process Manager (m/f/d) with a leadership perspective.

You’ll be working from home, reporting to and working hand in hand with our Service Sales & Marketing Manager forming our future way to create the best value of our customers investments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Success of service solutions, develop new and adjust current service products according to our strategy.
  • Alignment between operational- and sales departments for successful implementation. Follow up and steer processes right way.
  • Create standards which are easy to sell.
  • Interface to internal departments in our customer centre and also division (Marketing/-communication, Product Management, GKAM).
  • Market & business analysis to optimize products- and pricing strategies (Products vs. Business / Projects | calculators vs. listprices).
  • Initiation, coordination and attendance of events (Booths, TechDays, Demos, Workshops).
  • Take care of and support product launches (& processes together with Product Managers) in Service.
  • Systemization: products and its processes to systems and documents with regular data-maintenance (Office365, SalesForce, SAP,... -> Pricelists, Product News, Articletexts, Presentations).

Your skills and readiness:

  • Experience in Product- and/or Businessmanagement of industrial services (engineering degree, certified engineer or comparable).
  • Basic knowledge in tightening technologies and services.
  • Good communication skills and high customer as well as service orientation.
  • High analytical understanding and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Digital and structured working methods.
  • Located in Germany and willingness to travel in Central Europe (to our customers or workshops in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland).
  • ​​​​​​​German and English: business fluent in spoken and written

And as a plus:

  • Living close to Essen, Germany (frequently driven).
  • Industrial Tools Business Area and/or Service background.
