As our MVI Division continues to grow, we have recently completed a strategic acquisition at Waghäusel, Germany where we are looking for a passionate People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) who is taking care of our 80 new colleagues. Your Mission:

As People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the full people life cycle from hire to retire. Your mission is to drive sustainable, profitable and inclusive growth by enabling our people and organization to reach full potential, in an innovative and customer focused culture​. To ensure a smooth and successful post-merger integration you will embed our values into this transformation, enhance employee communication, and bring out the best of both organizations as we move forward together.

You will report to the local General Manager and be part of the local management team as well as of our global ITBA HR Network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear communication strategy and change management plan to guide and support employees through every phase of the integration process.
  •  Analyze and align corporate values and cultures, promoting a shared identity to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive the implementation of the ITBA People & Culture Strategy 2025-2027 and provide both strategic and hands-on support to all employees and leaders.
  • Build high-performing teams with trust and empathy and foster a learning culture that ensures the right competencies for transformation and innovation.
  • Optimize organizational structure, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and lead the recruitment and development of talent to secure our future workforce needs.
  • Design and implement an inclusive onboarding program to support both new and existing employees as they transition into the integrated organization.
  • Streamline and unify HR processes and systems, including payroll, time management, and travel expense reporting, ensuring full compliance with legal and labor regulations.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.
  • You bring several years of HR experience, ideally in post-merger integration and change management.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of cultural awareness.
  • You have a growth mindset and thorough knowledge of labor and social security law, which complements your organized, structured work approach.
  • You are a team player with a passion for shaping and driving new initiatives.
  • Ideally, you have practical experience with SuccessFactors as well as with workers council collaboration.
  • Additionally, you have strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
