As a MarCom content manager in the Industrial Flow Division, the new division in Atlas Copco Power Technique Business area, you will report to the Vice President Communications of Industrial Flow and be part of a dynamic communications team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies that closely align with the company’s mission, vision, and values. This dynamic position aims to enable the business to grow further by leveraging company knowledge, strategic communication expertise, and technical skills to drive impactful, customer-centric touchpoints. You will foster collaboration, alignment, and engagement across all levels of the organization and all brands. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content creation with the brand's communications managers, with a high focus on product launches and success stories. This includes online content, websites, and social media.
  • Create guidelines and help implement marketing communication initiatives to achieve the division's strategic goals.  
  • Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to ensure communication strategies support overall business objectives. 
  • Maintain and further develop the brand's integrity and reputation across all communication initiatives, helping customers recognize credible brand differentiation.
  • Ensure all communications and branding efforts adhere to the Brand guidelines and the Atlas Copco Group Brand Identity Manual.
  • Craft compelling stories and content that enhance brand positioning and engage stakeholders to drive growth.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored to the target audience.
  • Self-directive and accountable, taking ownership of your mission and support the Customer center's growth.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing communication strategies and projects aligned with the business's needs.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a must. Other languages are an advantage.
