Rita was a temporary staff for three months in Logistic before she was offered a permanent job but she was not interested to work for Logistic. Much later, she took the role in Sales & Marketing which required her to learn every product in all Business Areas and that's where a real journey begun.

Stephen Quek's story at Atlas Copco Singapore is a tale of fast progress. He started as a Senior Sales Engineer and, in just one year, he became a Sales Manager. Looking back on his time with the company, he says it's always exciting, with no boring moments.

With a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Statistics and Social Work, Mimi Tan has worked across various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, and education. Her one year and four months at Atlas Copco have been a rewarding and enriching experience.
