“As a Marketing Analyst, I coach our sales team, sales engineers and sales managers to use our CRM platform in order to be organized and to manage business. I also carry out market analytics to devise and support our sales strategy,” says William Sayghani, Customer Relationship Management and Market Analyst in Compressor Technique, Sweden.

"Controllers are intelligent computers that drive compressors. My team builds the low-level software which enables the controllers to talk to the hardware," says Tom Putzeys, Team Leader Software Engineer in Airtec, Belgium.

In 2017, Winnie joined Atlas Copco as a sales engineer with Industrial Air. After a while, with a recommendation from an old co-worker, Ronnie Lim, and an interview by Oil-Free Air Business Line Manager, Mr. Mahendran, she embarked on a new opportunity as an Oil-Free Air sales engineer. Currently, she is a successful Oil-Free Air Senior Sales Engineer for the northern region of Malaysia.

Swapnil Mohod is a highly skilled and accomplished business leader, currently serving as the manager for Advance Services products under the Compressor Technique business area for Malaysia and Singapore. With an impressive track record of success and experience in the industry, Swapnil is committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional results for his team and customers alike.

Ahmad Hariz Rafiz is a Service Planner for the Compressor Technique Service – Operations team. He has been making significant contributions since joining the company in April 2022. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering Technology (Hons) in Process and over two years of experience in Manpower Planning and Maintenance Planning, he is a true asset to the organization.

With a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Siti Syuhadah’s unique background has proven to be a valuable asset in her role as a Supply and Procurement Engineer at Atlas Copco Malaysia stands as a shining example of the company's commitment to embracing and recognizing the potential of an individual.
