Megan Chew started her journey in the Atlas Copco Malaysia through eight years. In these years, what she love about working in Atlas Copco is the work culture which allow people to speak their mind out, developing transferable skills, trying new things and be ready for a change that could bring your ideals forward. Looking back on her career, she is proud to gain the experience in her roles. Furthermore, she is extremely grateful to meet her supportive mentors who drifts her in the right direction during her period in Atlas Copco.

“As a Branch Manager and planner, I have a dual role that goes hand in hand. In Branch Manager, I oversee responsibility for branch operations activities, multitask and have excellent time management skills for all operational functions, delivering highest customer satisfaction, building the good rapport and interaction with clients and understand customer feelings. This is a key to getting clients to trust us to continue achieve business growth. I have my own excitement for growing the sales revenues to accomplish.

In my role as planner with empowering leadership, encourage my team to change the way they think, innovation technology is moving so fast with the passionate team will drive sustainable growth to create exceptional things. In additional to this, I am also in recognition of the care taken to communicate in professional manner with the customers in North region and taken on additional responsibilities as Equipment BKU’s to actively supporting the end-users."
