Something surprising that most people don’t know about you: I am kuripot (my meal budget for 1 day is only 100php ) and I usually prepare my own meal
Describe to us what your Monday morning looks like?
Monday means a full load of work in office before being on field work in the rest of the week. It is usually a team discussion and looking for what to work on based on previous week operations. By doing this on a weekly basis, it ensures that the entire team will be well coordinated and will not miss out any action points related to customer's need in our region.
Who has been an inspiring leader for you in your career and why?
It will be my CTS Business Line Manager, Ramil Villaroman. When your superior puts complete trust and confidence in you, it motivates you to go above and beyond his expectation. His leadership inspires me to take accountability for everything I do, to accept responsibility for my actions, and to find solutions to any issues before they worsen or come to his attention.
