Meet Abbie Bay, Industrial Air Division's Product Marketing Manager

Abbie started her career with Atlas Copco Philippines as a Marketing and Sales Support Officer, then moved on to sales as a Product Engineer for 7 years before being appointed Product Marketing Manager for the Industrial Air Division.

Education: BS Industrial Engineering, Batangas State University, year 2009

Background: Previously worked for product development in Japenese manufacturing company and later on joined Atlas Copco and started as Marketing and Sales Support

Current role: Product Marketing Manager – Industrial Air (started July 2021)

Hobbies: Reading, watching Netflix series, playing with my nephew

What can you say in terms of Atlas Copco’s diversity or culture?

All I can say is its core values align perfectly to mine. Having a diverse group of people working in each department and the professional culture it developed throughout the years. Also, during the Masters in Marketing and Sales program initiated by the division, qualified female employees of Atlas Copco group were given the unique opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the fields of marketing and sales in combination with extensive coaching and formal training. This shows that Atlas Copco is promoting fair representation of people of different genders within the organization.
