We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Designer to join our team and assist in producing engaging visual content for our digital platforms. If you are passionate about graphic design, video editing, and social media, and eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, communication, graphic design, video editing, and the latest industry trends.

What You’ll Do (but are not limited to):

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Design social media posts, banners, cover images, and other graphics that align with the brand's identity.
• Edit and produce videos for various marketing campaigns and social media content, including video montage, colour correction, sound editing, and special effects. (Good to have)
• Collaborate with the social media team to understand and execute content strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform, adhering to the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Stay informed of the latest standards, changes, and trends in social media design.
• Maintain project documentation and design files.

What You’ll Need  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience in graphic design and video editing, specifically for social media.
• Strong understanding of social media principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Express, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment.
• Good presentation skills are a plus.
