Annual operator training
- Enabling periodic in-house checks on vital statuses, such as battery charging and discharging, leveling, power conversion and other crucial information to ensure trouble-free operations.
- Daily and quarterly checks can be efficiently performed by your own operators and technicians, in accordance with the instruction manual.
- Atlas Copco’s hands-on annual training ensures your own team will have a good understanding of product instructions, key components, working principles and common troubleshooting
Annual health check-up inspection
- Atlas Copco experts meticulously assess all critical components of your ESS system, including inspections, health checks, tests, routine maintenance, and repairs for the battery, inverter, circuit breaker, energy management systems, and FleetLink Connectivity.
- We also inspect supporting components such as fans, switches, heaters, relays, emergency switches, and power connection torques (including battery and other power connections, as well as critical torques such as lifting beams).
On-site utilization support
- To maximize productivity and reduce emissions from other diesel-powered machines, combined with the EES, a precise configuration according to utilization, loads, timings and required outcomes is required.
- Our experts, well-versed in diverse applications, ensure your ESS is optimally configured onsite, tailoring its settings to align with your objectives.
