This project has a strategy to reduce the heat islands effect which is caused by material absorbing heat and releasing high temperatures surrounding areas which affect people and the environment nearby the strategies of this project are to use material or paint on the roof and paving that has high reflectance to reflect heat, cooling load, and greenhouse gas emission.

This project uses strategies to improve energy performance such as selecting equipment specifications that have high efficiency. This project encourages using clean energy such as solar PV, which produces clean energy to use in the project.

Indoor environmental quality
This project is designed to follow ASHRAE 62.1-2010 standard ventilation, equipment, and filter to minimize pollution that can cause health risks and increase indoor air quality.
Innovation
This project uses all the lighting types that do not contain mercury to reduce the risk of mercury contamination and accumulation in the body and environment.
