The Atlas Copco IRC-Connect is a device for wireless connection between STa 6000 Plus and transducers. Naturally, it’s nice to have the cable out of the way and that also makes work in cramped spaces that much easier. The IRC-Connect is more than just a cable eliminator. It also comes backed with functionality than will really simplify your daily tasks.
IRC-Connect features full compatibility with all Atlas Copco transducers in these the ranges: IRTTs, QRTTs, SRTTs.
Transform your standard transducer into a smart one
The IRC-Connect actually has a mind of its own. It’s not dependent on the STa 6000 Plus when running its tests. If not connected, it simply stores the results waiting for connection. The device stores up to 5,000 results that can be uploaded to the STa 6000 Plus as soon as connection has been established. For quality assurance, the IRC-Connect has an internal gyro that guarantees correct angle readings. Thanks to the multi-testing functionality of STa 6000 Plus, up to 30 IRC-Connects can be connected at the same time to test, for instance, a multi-spindle tightening system. The IRC-Connect's connectivity is built upon WiFi Ad Hoc and Bluetooth. It is IRTT-compatible and works with any RBU. When an STa 6000 Plus is paired with IRC-Connect, the STa 6000 Plus automatically recognizes the connected transducer. This nifty little helper will simplify your tasks and make sure your test results are correctly gathered and easily uploaded.
IRC-Connect paired with STa 6000 recognizes the connected transducer and reads the memory chip automatically. Changing the connected transducer is fast and easy.
