DAkkS calibration force 100 N - 250 kN
• according to DKD R3-3 Method C/D • Load type Tensile and compressive force • 1 installation position, 1 upward and 1 downward measurement series (Method C) • 1 mounting position, 2 upward measurement series (Method D) • 5 measuring points per measuring series • typically for force gauges with mechanical display (dial gauge), sensors and transducers with low accuracy requirements • Example: hydraulic load cells, load cells, spring balances, crane balances, force gauges and sensors without classification with accuracies 0.1 % of final value and worse Pre-testing for functionality and calibration capability. The repeatability, linearity and hysteresis are determined (Method C). If necessary, the adjustment value and a linear compensation function are also determined. A calibration certificate with proof of traceability to the national standard is issued.Note
All reference standards or references used are traceable to national standards and are subject to our own regular calibration. The independence of the results is ensured and certified by our certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 as well as the annual inspection of our laboratories by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).Your Benefits
