AX1 Articulated Arms

Atlas Copco AX1 Articulated Arms were designed to assist operators with applications requiring ergonomic and reaction support. They are ideal for compact working areas and high production rates in either workbench or conveyor type applications. Torque can be applied in both vertical, horizontal and angular tightening orientations. It is equipped with a gas spring or a pneumatic cylinder to support the tool. The gas spring can be set to hold at a balanced position along the vertical travel, or be biased in either the up or down direction. AX Jib Arms

The Atlas Copco AX Jib Arm is designed to provide an overhead structural support to be used in conjunction with the Atlas Copco SMC carbon arm, as well as the WP and RIL balancer. The AX Jib can be installed within the workstation to provide work area coverage for application types such as a workbench, conveyor, or fixtured / portable stand. The fixed mounted boom and adjustable suspension mounting bracket can be configured in multiple orientations to best fit the workstation layout, and the small footprint of the base plate occupies minimal floor space. HTS - Hand Tool Suspension

Hand Tool Torque Reaction Suspension, designed specifically for hand tool applications, reacts the torque generated by a tool – eliminating the impact to the operator. This suspension includes a linear motion device that provides vertical travel for positioning and torque reaction of the tool. Equipped with a WP Balancer, the system provides a lift assist for the operator, offering low handling forces and smooth movement. The balancer can be set to hold at a balanced position along the vertical travel or set to raise to the upper travel position. SMC Rail Carriage and Brake

The Atlas Copco preconfigured SMC Rail Carriage and Brake is designed to provide an overhead trolley mounting solution to be used on overhead rail systems and for moving assembly lines in conjunction with the Atlas Copco SMC carbon arm and can be used with most major overhead rail manufacturers. The preconfigured product may be ordered as rail carriage assembly only or with the brake option. The brake option is intended to be used in applications where the torque reaction force is perpendicular to the bridge rail or suspension trolley eliminating movement of the trolley during tightening.
