Passionate People Perform!

Our ITBA TH team was invited to the beachfront meeting venue with the introduction of our latest 12th edition Atlas Copco Book. The circle training was hosted by Regional General Manager of Industrial Technique-South East Asia and Oceania, Helder Francisco along with the group activities regarding our core values. We were divided into groups and then entirely discussed our sharing of beliefs and values within the company. The activities made us all align and cultivate what each one perceives. For this reason, everyone was able to meet with long distance friends and also newcomers to share our past experiences, stories and most importantly missions.

Correspondingly, not to mention our activity on Culture of Feedback held by Regional HR Business Partner, Lerlak Bachelet. The Role Play activity was taken into action for everyone to perform in a constructive feedback situation according to SBI Feedback Model (Situation, Behavior, Impact). Each was assigned to perform as appropriate feedback givers, receivers and observers. Likewise, an update on our new environmentally friendly building that is currently being constructed to be our next home was given and discussed altogether.

And last but not least, we then closed the training with passionate toast to our passionate people and had our joyful party dinner at the venue. It has been heartwarming, encouraging and full of enthusiasm as always... Passionate People Performs!
