VSD technology is supported to increase efficiency consumption for energy-saving in the concept of Ministry of energy, Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.

The Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency has established the project “in-depth technology demonstration for energy conservation phase 4” because nowadays Thailand is focusing on energy saving also the government would like to support and encourage manufacturers using the high-efficiency technology to save the power consumption. It also supported the research and development of energy conservation technologies in Thailand too. For this project, there are many manufacturers interested in high-efficiency air blower technology. The manufacturers who have applied to participate in the program and passed the consideration are as follows: 1) Siam Retail Development Co., Ltd. (Fashion Island shopping mall) 2) Thai Namsiri Intertex Co., Ltd. 3) Tanning Industrial Zone KM.34 Co., Ltd. 4) Thai Paper Mill Co., Ltd. The customers have chosen Atlas Copco Screw blower to replace the root blower or jet aerator for increasing their energy saving.
