SQS3 and Batch Production
New release provides batch option where serial numbers not available for all products
Batch production is characterized by manufacturing products just-in-sequence. Instead of a pre-defined unique serial number, the assembly process starts with a charge or batch identifier and a counter that defines how many products of the same kind shall be produced.
SQS3 newly integrates batch production mode. For traceability it compiles the final product ID from the batch data.
Setup of batch is easy and just with a few clicks you create new batch.
Implementation of Master and Replica stations
SQS3 brings a flexibility to upgrade your assembly and increasing transparency to your production processes
Master and Replica stations are great for customers who have several line stations or island stations performing the same production processes. Engineers create a master station and copy identical replicas. Any updates to the master station will sub-sequently also be inherited to all replica stations. This saves configuration time and brings efficiency to your setup and avoids mistakes through automation of change management.
