On-Site Self-Generation of Nitrogen Generators
Nitrogen gas is commonly used in various stages of palm oil processing, including storage, transportation, and packaging. Traditionally, industries have relied on nitrogen gas supplied in cylinders or tanks, which can be costly, logistically challenging, and environmentally unfriendly. However, Atlas Copco's Nitrogen Generators enable businesses to produce nitrogen on-site, eliminating the need for external suppliers and reducing carbon emissions associated with transportation.
The self-generation process involves extracting nitrogen gas from the surrounding air using advanced membrane or pressure swing adsorption technology.
