Atlas Copco Malaysia has successfully signed a Total Responsibility Service Agreement with one of the world's largest beverage companies

The company recently signed a Total Responsibility Contract for all their Atlas Copco equipment installation. With the contract signing, the multinational beverage company's maintenance cost is fixed as they are paying an equal amount every month for the next 5 years. In return, the machine is now covered with a non-expiring full warranty.

Smartlink energy coverage is an inherent feature of a total responsibility contract. With this, remote monitoring is activated, allowing the client and Atlas Copco Malaysia to monitor machine health conditions via the web. A report on energy consumption trends can be generated allowing both companies to analyze or spot the area for operational efficiency improvement.

The non-expiring warranty and Smartlink Energy features give peace of mind and allow the client to focus on their key competence - beverage and pet bottle production. Compressed dry air equipment maintenance, parts, and schedule planning will be taken care of by Atlas Copco Malaysia.
