The Role
As Software developer in our team, you design and implement platform software and functions for world class assembly tools supporting automated and flexible industrial production. You collaborate in cross-functional and agile teams, working alongside various development disciplines, and are involved in all steps of the process - from first idea to product. You work with time-critical embedded systems as part of product projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement platform software for assembly tools
• Participate in all phases of the development process
• Work with time-critical embedded systems
• Develop low-level software on our microcontroller platform
• Perform verification and testing of developed software

Technologies we use:

• Low-level driver development
• STM32 microcontrollers
• GIT/Gerrit version management system
• Jenkins
• Linux
• FreeRTOS

You will need
You have an academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or other relevant background. You are a team player with customer focus, who wants to embrace new challenges and take on new learnings. You are fluent in English and enjoy interacting and collaborating locally and worldwide.

Experience of:

• C and C++ programming
• Microcontroller Based Embedded Systems
• HW related SW
• RTOS
