  • Independently execute daily service work in field as well as workshop, such as programming and startup of assembly equipment controllers, tools, systems and components - repairing, regular maintenance and troubleshooting
  • According to customer´s needs, received orders and in line with internal standards and processes provide high quality field service to customers in agreed time schedule
  • Take active care on and further develop professional relationships with customers
  • Active daily cooperation and timely communication with Sales teams to ensure proper information flow and maximizing customer satisfaction, active looking for service business opportunities
  • Timely and completely plan and report all own activities in line with internal standards via dedicated CRM system
  • Share know-how with other team members and support others when required
  • Keep high level of utilization and efficiency of own work
  • Prepare calculations of jobs required by customers, track service orders and follow up to this

Experience requirements

  • Languages:
    • Arabic: Fluent
    • English: Intermediate - PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel
  • - Min. 2 years of relevant experience (experience in industrial production, maintenance or repair necessary)
  • - Technical skills and experience
  • - Experience from industrial tools service would be an advantage
  • - Experience from Automotive Industry would be an advantage

Educational requirements / Knowledge

The successful candidate should have:

  • Degree in engineering, machinery and/or electronic and electrical or equivalent experience in the Industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business analysis, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office
  • Driving license
