Hi! My name is Nadia Dayi and I will be your manager. We are strengthening our sales organization, and this role will be key in carrying out the mission of our team. You support our business development strategy and will be involved in our plan to increase sales and enable sustainable growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience with us. Here, your ideas are embraced, and you never stop learning. 

What the position is all about
The mission of the Inside Sales role is to drive proactive sales alongside our field sellers in the east and west of Sweden. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. As part of the sales team, you work proactively, managing direct customers. While primarily handling the sales process remotely, you will also have the opportunity to conduct in-person customer visits. Selling our standard range of products and services will be a key responsibility, reducing the need for direct customer on-site visits for low complex sales. Your responsibility includes following up on and closing open business opportunities, handling and qualifying incoming inquiries, and developing cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, as well as replying to questions concerning technical information and use of our products and services. 

You'll also engage in growing digital sales in Sweden. You'll be empowered to test new ideas and innovate to generate results in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibility for the sales budget in Sweden is included. 

What we expect from you
A technical high school diploma or university degree, or equivalent technical competence gained through work experience, is required and we put value in experience from a commercial role. Fluency in English and Swedish is required and so is driver’s license (B). You are comfortable in Office 365 and preferably you have CRM experience. 

On top of that, we place great emphasis in your personal characteristics. We're looking for someone who possesses high flexibility, drive, and a desire to learn and develop. The ideal candidate is business-minded, structured, and communicative. Your customer-centric approach and interpersonal skills allow you to effortlessly build new relationships.

Location:
The role is based in our office in either Stockholm or Gothenburg, some travel to customers in these regions will be required.
