•       Support for our customers mainly digitally and by phone

•      Working closely with our sales team in the region to drive our customer experience.

•       Planning and processing of customer orders from opening to delivery and invoicing.

•       Proactive order tracking and delivery time monitoring

•       Development of flexible, customer-oriented solutions

•       Active complaint management

To succeed, you will need  

EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED FIELD (E.G. INTERNSHIP) IS AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH COMMON MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (SAP) AS WELL AS MS OFFICE KNOWLEDGE DESIRABLE

    EDUCATION : DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE 

    Skill Sets and Competencies:

  • Very good communication and organizational skills paired with the ability to think Systematically.
  • •    Very good problem-solver

    •    Resilience, flexibility, and initiative

    •    Interest in technical products

    •    Very good in speaking English skills.
