This is to inform you that the name of the Company has been changed from ‘Atlas Copco (India) Limited’ to ‘Atlas Copco (India) Private Limited’ with effect from 10th August 2023. A copy of the certificate of incorporation of the Company dated 10th August 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune consequent upon the conversion of the Company to a private limited is attached herewith for your records. The CIN No. of the Company has also changed to U27106PN1960PTC020566.
Please note that the PAN number, GST numbers, and Bank Account numbers of the Company remain the same except for the change in name of the Company as mentioned above. You are requested to take note of the above and act accordingly.
