Air Quality Monitor
Stop worrying about the quality of your compressed air
The Air Quality Monitor provides 24/7 control and monitoring, in compliance with the ISO 8573-1 standard, of the quality of your compressed air network. It continuously measures and monitors air contaminants such as particle concentration, dew point and oil vapor.
In addition, you can analyze the obtained values, build graphs and trends and even store the received information, thanks to SMARTLINK, which has been integrated into the Air Quality Monitor.

Do you no longer want to worry about the quality of your compressed air? Sign up for our Air Quality Plan and we will make sure that all your sensors are always calibrated and ready for use. In addition, the rack exchange calibration service eliminates the downtime of the AQM, which will allow you to maintain a continuous record of your measurements. The plan includes the installation of an Air Quality Monitor.
27/7 Control and Monitoring
As polluted air can critically affect the product quality, it can lead to significant production losses or even breakdown. By carrying out periodic compressed air inspections, you can quickly respond to contamination incidents and take the necessary actions. However, this does not give you the continuous assurance that everything is going well with the quality of your compressed air. Therefor, we present you the AQM, a tool that ensures a continuous and real-time monitoring.
All this live data is sent to SMARTLINK, our comprehensive platform that guards the full performance of your compressed air system. Check if your air quality is within specs, dive deeper into detailed insights and trends and/or give total control to our predictive analysis, which takes place at our AI-powered diagnostics center.
As soon as a drop in Air Quality is detected, an automatic alert is being sent, triggering an action before the problem deteriorates. In addition, you will receive recommendations on how to further improve your air system.
