Ceremony of Opening A New Office Building of Atlas Copco Indonesia

On May 15th , 2019 a milestone event was celebrated by the employees of Atlas Copco Indonesia – they had their house-warming party. The ceremony of a new building opening was attended by the President B. A. Compressor Technique Mr. Vagner Rego, President of Compressor Technique Service Mr. Dirk Beyts, President of Industrial Air Mr. Joeri Ooms, Vice President of Southeast Asia & Oceania Holding Mr. Horst Wasel , also from Business Sweden Mr. Anders Wickberg and Swedish Ambassador for Indonesia Mrs. Marina Berg.

Their arrival was warmly welcomed by General Manager Atlas Copco Indonesia Mr. Aryashree Depayan. The event was also enlivened by several regional dances from Indonesia. and also some symbolic events, cutting the rope to ratify this opening event.

After the opening ceremony was over, the attendees were then invited to enter the building to listen to the opening speech from our GM, and each Business Area President present. And did not forget the opening speech from the Swedish Ambassador for Indonesia. After that, attendees were invited to explore every room in the Atlas Copco Indonesia building.

And to focus its presence in Indonesia, in 1998 Atlas Copco decided to establish a wholly-owned sales & service organization and registered a new company “ PT. Atlas Copco Indonesia”. This was the start of the progressive development of the company expanding its coverage not only to the Mining and Construction industries but the whole manufacturing industry.
