• Well, first and foremost, I would say the company’s overall reputation drew me in.
• Through my previous job as an external Auditor I heard from a colleague that there is an open vacancy in Atlas Copco, so I applied for it and after passing all interviews I joined Atlas Copco in June 2012 as “ Letter of credit & Letter of guarantee supervisor”
• During these years Atlas Copco gives me great opportunities to experience and learn new valuable tasks to be added to my career.
• I have passed some challenges through these years which gave me a lot of experience, whether in professional or personal life .
• My current title is “Trade Finance Supervisor & Customer Relationship Management Lead “
- In some companies work can be a very lonely place but in Atlas Copco it is different as I felt that we are one big family this is because of quality work relationships which help to build a strong company culture that emphasizes respect, loyalty and trust.
- In Atlas Copco the ability of growing female leaders in the same positive way as growing male leaders is strongly exist.
- Covid-19 is having a huge impact on society as a whole, so this gives us all the chance to restructure, rethink, and re-evaluate everything.
- we realized that we can do things that seemed impossible and we can make sacrifices for the greater good.
- During these difficult times Atlas Copco invest more in its technology platforms, we were able to quickly switch to remote work, virtual events and adopt streaming platforms.
- Maybe after learning how to come together to fight this virus, we'll carry that spirit to fights against any challenges. We'll have to wait and see 😊
- The future will be bright— as there is always a cause for hope.
- Our minds opened to new thinking and new ways of doing things, once we thought impossible or too bold to imagine.
- Our appreciation of each other is deepening, our understanding that we must work together is heightened.
- This challenge offered us a new perspective on everything we have taken for granted for so long – our connections, work, family , friends and ourselves. So it is everyone responsibility to pass these hard times and return to the bright times. 😊
