I joined Atlas Copco in July 2018 as an Accountant within the Finance Hub team. It was and still a challenging time for me, with the establishment of the hub with all its complications and challenges, which made me face a number of hurdles and situations, that in turn helped me further develop and thrive both professionally & personally.
I am really grateful for all what I’ve learned throughout the past two years and looking forward for more to come.
- The genuine spirit of collaboration within the company; as we all share the same values and virtues that truly creates a friendly working environment.
- I can also see that Atlas Copco is such a great place to advance your career and enhance your personal qualities.
- It made me appreciate life more and get closer to my family and friends. It also made me realize that work is such an important part in our lives.
- COVID-19 inspired me to be strong and agile adapting to and accepting changes and difficult situations with open arms.
- We’re experiencing shifts in so many aspects of life from family, work to the way - we socialize. While we may worry about the worst, – we need to consider how our company is making such an effort to keep us safe and how it adopts new approaches to help us overcome this difficult time and expand the support it provides us; which shall lead to an improvement in the overall leadership/teammates relationship, work will become more flexible and we shall have career development opportunities.
- On the personal side every moment counts and it should be cherished and well spent with the people we love and care about.
- When we consider all of these great efforts we can clearly see a bright positive future despite all odds
Hopefully; when we get through all of this in God’s will, we should keep the good habits we acquired and developed during this challenging time. like spending more time with our loved ones, eating healthy and keeping a good hygiene, if we keep on doing this we all will live a happy and healthy life as this will positively affect all those around us.
Let’s all be strong and agile - to be able to face these changes we experience throughout the years. We need to appreciate every moment and thank God every single day for all the blessings we have.
