With RTVision.3d, we bring quality assurance to a new level with an additional application height measurement that checks the volume applied according to your needs.
Width, position & continuity
Demands increase on various quality factors, and high-quality adhesive bonds are becoming more important in the automotive industry. Our RTVision.3d comes with a patented 3D sensor with six cameras and lasers for 360° bead inspection. The sensor is therefore able to inspect width, position, continuity and the height and applied volume of the adhesive application even with challenging types and colors (e.g. black on black). In-process solution with real-time generation of a full point cloud.
Inspection allrounder
The 100% 3D inline solution can be used to monitor body-in-white applications for safety-critical structural bonds. Also, for various applications in battery manufacturing, such as cell bonding or battery sealing, the RTVision.3d is the perfect solution for quality inspection. For glazing in final assembly, you can monitor the optimal bead height directly during the application process and thus avoid leaks.
