At Atlas Copco, we want to move away from having a complete overhaul executed all at once to a more need-based overhaul on a proactive way. This, we can do due to our advanced measurement tools. Atlas Copco offers the AIRscan vibration measurement to help customers maintain the health of their compressed air systems. This advanced diagnostic tool provides detailed insights into the status of the compressor's rotating parts, including the gearbox, motor, element, and unloader valve.

 

Our AIRscan Vibration Measurement includes a full survey of the bearings and rotating components while the equipment is still running, so there's no need to interrupt production. The data collected allows us to analyse the current health of your compressor and give you clear recommendations for action and shows where immediate repair is required and which components can still last for a longer period in time.
