Flat Follower Plate

The newly developed and improved Flat Follower Plate is designed to eliminate almost completely the material waste in the barrel. Increase material efficiency and the overall system’s sustainability.

Easy Vent

Easy Vent allows you to operate the hand lever valve to reduce the pump pressure for the flushing process after installing a new adhesive barrel. Easy Vent makes venting easier!

Slide-out Plate

With the slide-out plate, the barrel can be effortlessly placed in the 200L material supply, and the 360° turntable facilitates barcode scanning. Only one operator is needed to increase barrel change efficiency and reduce costs.

How can I prevent air bubbles in my application?

Easy Vent will minimize the error rate during the pump venting through an adapted, minimized stroke speed of the secondary pump. Besides reducing the risk of undetected air bubbles, less material waste is created during the venting.

Can I adapt my application systems to new conditions? (changing the parts that need to be joined, the adhesives, etc.)
