In-process

The inspection takes place directly in process, which means little to no additional cycle time is required for the qualitative assessment.


Post-process

In automotive manufacturing, reliable adhesive bonds are essential to ensure high-quality results. RTVision is a flexible solution, perfectly adjusted to your requirements.

RTVision is the perfect solution to validate processes while catching flaws. This is especially important in the body shop and paint shop processes, where structural bonding and seam sealing often have large application areas. The system can also inspect adhesive patches, like those in swirl applications, for example. We have developed specific algorithms that check the continuity of the outer contours and gaps within the application.

These are essential parameters to ensure reliable sealing and safety-critical bonds.

Safety-critical, structural bonds are highly demanding processes in BIW production. This is why a reliable bead inspection is crucial. The RTVision.t detects errors in width, position, and continuity of the bead, providing direct feedback and allowing immediate reaction.

Battery assembly comes with challenges, such as air bubbles or bead accuracy, which significantly impact the performance and lifetime of the battery application’s result. The RTVision.t ensures full conductivity and heat dissipation between modules and cooling plates for a long-lasting battery.

Different application patterns such as bead, stitch bead, or swirl can be processed. As the lightning color can be chosen individually, the system is able to detect any material color with the highest contrast quality.

The 100% 3D inline solution can be used to monitor body-in-white applications for safety-critical structural bonds. Also, for various applications in battery manufacturing, such as cell bonding or battery sealing, the RTVision.3d is the perfect solution for quality inspection. For glazing in final assembly, you can monitor the optimal bead height directly during the application process and thus avoid leaks.
