Are you a strategic leader with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving operational excellence? Atlas Copco is looking for an experienced Business Solutions Center Manager to lead and develop the Global Business & IT Solutions Center in Pune, India. Mission/Purpose of the Role:

The Business Solutions Center Manager will be responsible for building, leading, and overseeing all activities and future developments within the Pune center. You will drive business success through the delivery of high-quality financial services, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This role holds delegated administrative responsibility for the center, including HR, health & safety, and facility management, while working closely with global finance teams to deliver best-in-class financial solutions. Reporting directly to the Global General Manager GBS (FSCs) and as an integral part of the global management team, you will ensure that the center aligns with our global strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. People Management & Leadership:
    • Build, develop, and lead a skilled and motivated team, fostering a culture of service, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
  2. Collaboration with Global FSCs & VTBA:
    • Work closely with FSCs in Brno, Bundang, and Shanghai to standardize financial processes and align with global standards.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with divisional finance teams and business controllers to ensure open communication and collaboration.
    • Collaborate with the IT Solutions Center Manager to implement a unified people strategy that promotes talent development and accountability.
  3. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to Atlas Copco standards.

    • Drive financial analysis that supports decision-making globally.
  4. Process Standardization & Efficiency:
    • Standardize and streamline financial processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with global FSC standards.
    • Partner with business units to enhance financial reporting timeliness and accuracy.
  5. Service Level Management:
    • Ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs, regularly reviewing and optimizing the model for high-quality, efficient financial services.
  6. Compliance & Audit:
    • Oversee annual audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
    • Work with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Divisional Finance teams to maintain compliance across financial operations.
  7. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure financial services align with business needs and drive organizational success.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize roles and responsibilities, driving performance improvement.
  8. Continuous Improvement & Development:
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
    • Ensure the team stays updated with industry trends through professional development and training opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: University degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a Financial Services Center (FSC) or shared services environment.
    • Proven experience leading transitions and managing global teams.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Financial Reporting Expertise: Experience with external and internal reporting.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to drive change and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Business Partnership: Strong interpersonal and communication skills across regions and departments.
