Scope of Services
• Installation & connection of accessories via remote access • Software installation and connectivity settings for tightening controller / virtual tools and devices (printer/scanner) • Verification of system functionality • Configuration of the defined tightening controllers / virtual stations and devices • Creating users • Initial briefing on the Workvision software (max. 30 min.) • Connection to the customer portal with integrated ticket system for reporting service and support requests as well as overview and communication on closed and open reported cases with status overview.* * The connection to the customer portal in connection with EasyStart Workvision is limited to a free use of 12 weeks.Prerequisites
Remote access to the customer's IT infrastructure is required to install the software. The required information is requested in advance by our software technicians in a scope call with the customer's IT. Installation on the scheduled date can only take place if the information has been provided in advance.Notes
