Scope of Services
• Installation & connection of accessories   • Software installation and connection settings for controllers / virtual tools and devices (printers/scanners) • Assessment and configuration of processes • Verification of system functionality   • Process configuration as specified in the scope assessment   • Configuration of defined controllers / virtual stations and devices, including optimization of configuration settings   • Creation of users • Provision of a configuration backup • Initial training on the software Avantguard (max. 30 min.)* • Connection to the customer portal with integrated ticket system for reporting service and support requests as well as overview and communication on closed and open reported cases with status overview.** * The initial briefing is only a few basic instructions on how to use the software. User training is required for proper handling of the Avantugard software. ** The connection to the customer portal in connection with EasyStart Avantuguard is limited to a free use of 12 weeks. Scope of delivery as described above for 2 product variants, 3 processes, incl. corresponding procedures and connection of an Atlas Copco tool.
