Scope of Services

• Installation & connection of accessories via remote access • Software installation and connectivity settings for tightening controller / virtual tools and devices (printer/scanner) • Verification of system functionality • Configuration of the defined tightening controllers / virtual stations and devices • Creating users • Initial briefing on the Workvision software (max. 30 min.) • Connection to the customer portal with integrated ticket system for reporting service and support requests as well as overview and communication on closed and open reported cases with status overview.* * The connection to the customer portal in connection with EasyStart Workvision is limited to a free use of 12 weeks.

Prerequisites

Remote access to the customer's IT infrastructure is required to install the software. The required information is requested in advance by our software technicians in a scope call with the customer's IT. Installation on the scheduled date can only take place if the information has been provided in advance.

Notes

The creation of work steps in the Workvision software is not part of the commissioning and must be carried out by the customer.
