Scope of Services

• Installation & connection via remote access (remote) • For one station with up to 5 recipes • Software installation and connection settings for tightening controller / virtual tools • Verification of system functionality • Creating users • Initial briefing on the Smart AMS software (max. 30 min.) • Connection to the customer portal with integrated ticket system for reporting service and support requests as well as overview and communication on closed and open reported cases with status overview.* * The connection to the customer portal in connection with EasyStart Smart AMS is limited to a free use of 12 weeks.

Prerequisites

Remote access to the customer's IT infrastructure is required to install the software. The required information is requested in advance by our software technicians in a scope call with the customer's IT. Installation on the scheduled date can only take place if the information has been provided in advance.

Notes

Customer-specific adapter tests are not part of commissioning.
