Your Role

Mission:

3. Workshop production efficiency

Job description:

1. Communicating with the sales and operations teams to understand customers’ requirements and assisting the workshop supervisor and manager in formulating production plans.
2. Creating workshop production plans according to business orders and workshop resources and arranging production tasks for workshop technicians.
3. Coordinating and handling with abnormal production activities to ensure production efficiency and order delivery on time.
4. Responsible for the procurement of production consumables and general tools to ensure order delivery on time, including maintenance coordination of general tools.
5. Coordination with warehouse administrator for the receipt and distribution of production materials, including the request of service kits and spare parts.
6. Arranging and tracking outsourcing and purchasing processes to ensure production efficiency and order delivery on time.
7. Recording the production process and outsourcing service and outsourcing service and working hours into the production management system to ensure the accuracy of the company's financial data.
8. Providing improvement ideas to the workshop supervisor, covering production safety, quality, efficiency, and technician skills.
9. Assisting the workshop supervisor in conducting safety training and implementing 6S in the workshop to ensure safe production.
10. Analyzing the performance monthly about on-time delivery rate, providing and implementing improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency.
11. Completing other tasks assigned by the workshop manager and supervisor.
12. Good interaction with workshop technicians and other departments to ensure that all individuals involved in the workshop planning process are respected and recognized.
13. Good balance in the utilization of different technicians and smart overtime arrangements.
14. Good workload/process planning to ensure a reduction in the repeat work ratio.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements:

• More than 2 years maintenance experience in machine or engine.
• More than 2 years team management experience is preferred.

Educational requirements:

• Major in engine or engineering, above junior college, or comparable education background
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Personality requirements:

• Work sureness and diligences, good teamwork spirit with stronger communication skill and customer service consciousness.
• Good communication Skill, team player, ownership.
