Atlas Copco Power Technique Promotes Lesley Taylor, Welcomes New Hire Hunter Powell
April 20, 2021 – ROCK HILL, South Carolina – Atlas Copco Power Technique is proud to recognize Lesley Taylor as the Creative and Content Marketing Manager and welcomes Hunter Powell as the new Applications Engineering Manager. Taylor is responsible for managing and coordinating advertising and promotion activities for the North America team. Powell will be responsible for working with customers to size and design pumping systems and provide application support.
Taylor joined Power Technique in 2018 as the Marketing Communications Coordinator. Since then, she has planned, coordinated, and implemented successful marketing and communications activities, including print, public relations, advertising, and event management for the company.

Taylor will continue her efforts to strategize and support the dealer and sales representative network through marketing and communications planning to enhance sales opportunities within the region.
Powell joins Atlas Copco with over 14 years’ experience in both temporary and permanent pumping systems, with a vast knowledge of applications ranging from sewer bypass to quarry dewatering.

Originally from Virginia, Powell graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Biological Systems Engineering. He started in the pump industry renting and selling direct to customers, before moving into an application engineering role where he supported customers through their toughest applications.
In his free time, Powell likes to spend time with his family and is an avid SCUBA diver.
