Atlas Copco Rental delivers comprehensive steam, cooling, and compressed air package
In 2021, our customer set out to expand with a new facility. Having worked with Atlas Copco Rental before, they knew we offer a long-term rental option that would fit both their budget and their operational needs. All-in-one package
The collaboration with our customer has been a long-standing partnership. As they were planning to open up a new facility, they expressed interest in our long-term rental model. Why? Because we could offer a complete package that met all their needs in one go. It was a cost-effective choice, backed by the reliability they had come to trust, making it the perfect fit to ensure smooth operations from the start.
A signature steam solution
We opted for the 8 t/h steam boiler, slightly larger than their initial request of a 6 t/h model. This way, we were certain of high efficiency and greater flexibility as their production scaled up. Meeting environmental requirements
One of the more complex challenges was the need for a chiller with a low global warming potential (GWP) of 5. An eco-friendly solution was vital, which we delivered through a trusted partner who provided a specialized chiller unit that met their strict environmental standards.
The customer also required two ZT90VSDFF compressors, a standout choice due to their energy efficiency, reliability, and, of course, 100% oil-free air. These compressors are particularly suited for industries like Food & Beverage, where maintaining strict air purity standards is essential. You can find more about our oil-free fleet here.
With this project, we managed to limit operational impact and reduce logistical headaches due to streamlined solutions and project management.

Rather than making a large upfront investment, the customer opted for our long-term rental model (Rent365), which helped them manage their finances more effectively. With this approach, they could meet their production needs without taking on heavy capital expenditures. The result? Significant cost savings and an accelerated expansion of the facility.
