A week in the life of .... Francesca
This week we celebrate International Womens Day by taking a look at a week in the life of some of our female employees here at Atlas Copco.

Monday
I am responsible for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in my customer centre. Each day starts with checking the marketing inbox and the system itself to see if any leads have come in overnight. I then qualify and assign the leads out to the relevant distributors and sales managers. I continue to monitor the incoming leads throughout the day.
Tuesday
Another part of my role is to look after the e-commerce channel for the business. Today, I have updated our e-commerce site adding new product listings to the store. I also manage the social media channels for the customer centre and create and post new content.
Wednesday
Communications is a responsibility that falls under my role. Today I sent out email marketing campaigns to our customers. In order to do this, I first create target groups based on the customers we want to reach, come up with a campaign and prepare the content for the email. This is then sent to the customers. I then monitor and analyse the campaign.
Thursday
I look after the websites for each of the brands that sit under our remit. I am responsible for maintaining the local content in the UK. Today I attended a meeting with other Customer centres to discuss the website, content creation and lead generation through our digital channels.
Friday
I am responsible for the printed marketing material and merchandise for the Brands we look after. From the creation of the artwork, through to supplier management for print and then distribution to our sales team and customers, I am responsible for the whole process. , Today I prepared and ordered printed literature for new product launches.
