Our Commitment
At Atlas Copco, we believe in making a positive impact on the environment. That’s why we’ve partnered with More Trees to plant a tree for every Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey we receive, whether the feedback is good or bad. Tree planting not only helps mitigate climate change, but it also supports biodiversity and provides local employment.
Planting Trees for Every NPS Survey
Starting from October 1st, for every NPS survey that our customers complete, a tree will be planted. This simple action helps contribute to reforestation efforts and combat climate change.
Trees will capture and store CO2 through their lifetime. Trees help healthy forests re-emerge, restore animal habitats, purify water sources, replenish soil and control flooding.
What's more, trees planted via More Trees can generate employment for locals in the communities, supporting and reinvesting back into the local economy. Projects range from wildfire refrestation and kelp farms in Canada, agroforestry and mangrove in Tanzania, to replanting native trees in the UK.
Until the end of 2024 we will get 2 trees planted for every NPS survey received.

Join Us in Making a Difference
If you receive a Net Promoter Survey from us, please take a few moments to fill it in. We always read each and every comment and take action where needed to improve our customer experience.
Customer feedback has always helped us improve our services, but now it can also make a small contribution to a healthier planet. Together, we can make a significant impact.
After you have returned your survey, you will receive a link to our Virtual Forest and be able to see your personalised tree planting certificate!
About More Trees
The idea for More Trees was born out of a single tree planted in recognition of a meeting taking place in Manchester. That single action seeded the question: “Why aren’t more people planting trees to help our planet?” And so, More Trees was born.
The initial concept was simple: planting a tree at the click of a button. But the underlying motivation was much more. It was about creating a movement that recognised our collective responsibility for protecting planet Earth. It was about understanding that every tree planted is another step towards combating climate change, preserving biodiversity, reducing poverty and safeguarding future generations.
Today, the simple concept of planting a tree at the click of a button has evolved into a platform that powers any business or individual to join the fight against climate change and social inequality.
