An introduction to the Smart Battery Nutrunner SRBHA

3 minute(s) to read

The smart battery nutrunner SRBHA is one the most productive nutrunners on the market, but did you know it comes in three different functionalities and gives instant feedback?

The Smart Battery Nutrunner SRBHA comes in three different functionality levels, the hardware will remain the same but will be three different versions called;

  • Digital
  • Smart
  • Connected

The Digital version

The digital version is the most basic version and it is to cover applications without the need to save any data like maintenance applications for example. The tool is simple and easy to set up straight from the box, and is ready to go. On this version you can only measure the torque value, opposed to torque and angle.

The Smart Version

The smart version is the main version for field applications where you don't want the controller, but you require the process control and want to document your work through data savings. Another feature that is included in the smart version is that you have the ability to set Psets and batches, making tightening in sequences much easier.

Also on this version, you can measure both torque and angle, unlike the standard digital version.

The Connected Version

The connected version of the tool has all of the previous features from the smart version, but it can be connected to a PF6000 controller and can be run like any other tensor tool.  So it has all the benefits of live data feed and analysis for the full process control and traceability.
