Description of the program
Atlas Copco offers you as a Master’s student the unique opportunity to gain work experience within Atlas Copco parallel to your studies and write an international master thesis abroad in our global business – and you will have the chance to contribute with your knowledge and innovation. Starting in April 2019, you have the chance to become part of a group of international students, you will prepare a challenging business case together with your peers and join our internal curricula in Sweden to gain deep business understanding.

You currently pursue your first year as a Master’s student in Engineering, Business and Administration, IT/Software Development or Communication/Marketing and you will do your master thesis in 2020/2021. You are fluent in English and your future vision is to pursue an international career and enjoy working in a challenging environment.

The Global Industrial Internship Program offers you the possibility to work part time (min. 20 hours per month and full time during summer) in your home country and write your world-class master thesis in one of our teams in
Sweden, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Asia. Since we are a global company with more than 34,000 employees in over 90 countries, you will interact with people across all cultures and functions.
Our offer
The Atlas Copco Global Industrial Internship experience is one of our most exciting offerings for students. The program gives you the chance to really get to know The Atlas Group from the inside and out. During a period of six to eight months depending on your local conditions in each country you will gain valuable work experience for your future career. In addition, you will visit one of our product companies or customer centers to broaden your knowledge about our group. We will pay for travel expenses and give you a monthly salary. You will be part of a group of international students and grow together by preparing a business case in Sweden, join our internal curricula and international peer coaching sessions. You will get a mentor that supports you in your personal development.
Your master thesis
For your international master thesis you will get the possibility to go abroad in one of our global companies. We will provide accommodation, pay for travel expenses and support with administrative assistance, for instance with your work permit or visa application.
