Apprenticeship Program
Atlas Copco is committed in helping young talents to hone their skills and make them ready to take on a role in the organization.
This program is instituted to give aspiring candidates on the job training and mentorship that enable them to develop foundational skills specific to the role and more importantly, provide them learning experience in a real work environment.
Program structure:
- Depending on the sponsoring department, the program can run up to six (6) months
- Apprentices will be assigned to a specific mentor, which is certified by HR.
- A training plan shall be discussed by the mentor at the onset of the apprenticeship program that may include lectures and actual performance of a task.
