PSA Technology

• Produces high-purity nitrogen (up to 99.999%) at high flow rates (1100 Nm³/h).
• Ideal for electronics, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
• Uses two towers for continuous nitrogen production.

Membrane Technology

• Creates nitrogen with purity levels of 95-99.5% (adjustable) and flow up to 500 m³/h.
• Suitable for fire prevention, plastic molding, and food preservation.
• Offers compact size, low maintenance, and low energy consumption.

Both Pressure Swing Adsorption PSA generators and membrane on-site nitrogen generators require clean, dry intake air to achieve optimal purity and prevent clogging.

Solution: Installing an air dryer between the compressor and generator ensures proper air quality.
