Two Weda pumps in shallow water

Powerful range of pumps for dewatering

We know the construction industry, which is why we have developed dewatering pumps specifically for temporary flooding, drainage and bypass pumping. The range extends from electric submersible pumps that are inserted directly into the water to self-priming centrifugal pumps that are placed next to the water accumulation. The solid knowledge we have gained over the years, together with the tough products, is what our customers appreciate most.

WEDA - electric submersible pumps

We have a complete range of high quality, lightweight electric submersible pumps specifically designed for dewatering, sludge and slurry applications. WEDA pumps are made for durability. The unique sealing system and modular design make them among the most flexible pumps on the market. Easy to use and maintain, WEDA pumps promise optimal performance. The seal system is designed to provide the optimum maintenance solution and can be easily fitted at the job site.

Four new models in the WEDA family

To meet the increasing demands for durability of dewatering pumps, we are now expanding the range. WEDA pumps are designed to operate reliably for long periods in harsh environments, where the water may contain high levels of sand and rock. This makes them ideal for drainage in mining, tunneling, construction and flood emergencies.

The four new models - WEDA D80SH, WEDA D81, WEDA D91 and WEDA D95SH - have a power output of 20-20-26-37 kW (50Hz, 60Hz: 31-31-40-58 hp) and can reliably pump water with a specific gravity of up to 1.1 and handle stones up to 12 mm.

Mining and construction sites face tough challenges, and the last thing they need is a pump failure that could result in machinery damage or loss of life. Our WEDA pumps’ wear-resistance and autonomy in pumping operations can keep operations flowing smoothly and provide the reliability and durability that modern dewatering applications requir.

Consumes no fuel and has no CO2 footprint while operating the E-Pump

Up to 40% lower Total Cost of Ownership

Energy savings, lower operational, maintenance and service costs ensure an improved ROI

Easy serviceability and connectivity in the field

Patented hinge door gives ease of access resulting in lesser time to service. Equipped with FleetLink, fleet management is efficient

Reduced noise

Low decibel levels to meet noise emission norms in urban and noise sensitive areas *for closed set units

Several benefits of the new E-Pump range

User-friendly, high-performance centrifugal pumps

Our centrifugal pumps are easily towed behind the car and can therefore be quickly dispatched when an emergency situation arises. They are designed and developed to provide high performance, reliability and last but not least ease of use. Traditionally powered by diesel, we have now launched a new range of electric self-priming centrifugal pumps.

The new E-Pump range increases operational efficiency while reducing CO2 emissions as they are powered by electricity. The innovations are durable, versatile and extremely reliable. The models comply with European regulations and can be used in areas subject to emission and noise restrictions.

With up to 40% energy savings and up to 40% lower total cost of ownership, this compact E-Pump range is big on savings and improved return on investment in surface pumping operations.

Up to 40% lighter in weight

All models in this range of submersible dewatering pumps have outstanding power to weight ratios. Thanks to the light weight and compact design the pumps are easy to move around and handle.

High wear resistance

High-chrome (55 HRC) impellers provide higher wear resistance
