We are now launching a new, powerful addition to DrillAir's mobile compressors: the X-Air⁺ 750-25. This new, advanced machine represents a major step forward for highly productive and efficient mobile solutions.
With a strong focus on efficiency in a smaller and lighter format, the X-Air⁺ 750-25 is at least 10% more efficient than its predecessor, ensuring a low total cost of ownership - and a notable reduction in carbon footprint across the DrillAir range.
The X-Air⁺ 750-25 initiates a new era of compact medium-depth drilling solutions with full flexibility between 16 and 25 bar pressure and a flow rate between 350 and 320 liters per second.
The heart of the machine's performance is the AirXpert technology, which ensures at least 10% higher efficiency compared to its predecessor. Through automatic control, this patented technology adjusts operation based on real-time flow requirements. This leads to significant reductions in fuel and energy consumption and optimizes drilling operations with a focus on medium depths.
The AirXpert feature further optimizes the performance of the X-Air⁺ 750-25 by increasing the flow rate during the most demanding phases of drilling, especially when flushing and filling the drill stem. The innovation ensures a faster and more efficient process for completing boreholes, streamlining operations and significantly shortening the project timeline.

Improved efficiency of the X-Air⁺ 750-25 with intelligent controls
Featuring an intuitive interface, future-ready design, advanced computing power, and enhanced connectivity, the Xc2004 unlocks unparalleled efficiency for our customers.
Tailored for a wide range of industries, the X-Air⁺ model offers robust and efficient solutions for the foundation, construction, mining and energy sectors. In addition, the compressor is quiet, reliable, has lower maintenance costs and simplifies logistics thanks to its significantly lower weight, simplifying transportation and reducing storage costs for the owner. The improved capacity provides direct benefits to customers, including reduced operating costs, increased drilling speed and minimized environmental impact.
Fuel efficiency demonstrated during the test period
In the fall of 2023, the German company and water extraction specialist Baugrund Süd Gesellschaft für Geothermie mbH (BGS) had the opportunity to test a prototype of the compressor. For one month, the company used the X-Air⁺ 750-25 for applications such as near-surface geothermal energy and geothermal probe system construction.
The test showed that the mobile air compressor is highly fuel efficient and suitable for geothermal drilling. BSSG highlights the unit's low fuel consumption and thus reduced CO2 emissions as key benefits. In addition, the compressor is characterized by its ease of transport and operation.
BSSG also says that the X-Air⁺ 750-25 was the best choice compared to other options the team had on site during the test period, considering the environmental impact, the technical aspect and the service offered by the Atlas Copco service network.
